The redesign effort was managed internally by staff from University Marketing and Communications, Information Technology Services, and Marketing Communication Services, and was completed in less than 10 months. Within that short timeframe, the team conducted best practices research, investigated cutting-edge Web design and technology options, held focus groups with key audiences, surveyed Web usage, and implemented the redesign of close to 65,000 pages.
